Ajax Brandbeveiling and Chubb FlameControl, both UTC Fire & Security companies, are joining forces as of July 18, 2007.

Thus a new powerful fire protection company is being created in the Netherlands. In order to be close to our customers, the new company has five strategic locations covering the whole of the Netherlands, in addition to one location in Belgium.

Ajax and Chubb FlameControl form a very solid foundation for the new company, which is now very well positioned for further growth and expansion. Being firmly embedded in the UTC Fire & Security worldwide organization, the new company will bring additional value to their customers.

“The ambition of Ajax-Chubb is to be the reference in The Netherlands in the field of fire protection. This especially in an ever more complex and therefore vulnerable society in which we cannot take any risks with fire” says Michel van Roozendaal, General Manager of Ajax-Chubb.

The new business will operate under the name Ajax-Chubb Fire & Safety and has its head office in Amsterdam. .
